Commitment to environmental protection

Durable design

Our LARP sabres are built to last. Thanks to a modular construction, high-quality materials, and precise craftsmanship, we’ve created a design that’s both visually impressive and functionally smart. Many components — like the handle, guard, basket, leather wrap, or balance weights — can be adjusted or replaced as needed. This extends the product’s lifespan and reduces both waste and cost.

That said, this is still a prop.
No matter how advanced the materials are — foam is still foam. These weapons are made for LARP, not for real combat or impact against hard surfaces like metal or stone. Treat it well, and it will serve you faithfully for years. Use it like a crowbar, and you’ll break it.

It’s our job to make it look as real as possible — it’s your job to treat it like the prop it is.

Reuse and recyclability

We aim not only to create durable props, but also to take responsibility for their entire life cycle. That’s why we design our products so that as many components as possible can be reused or recycled. When props are damaged or worn out, nearly all parts — except for the blade’s foam — can be reused, including weights, leather wrappings, crossguards, and handles. For shipping, we rely on recyclable materials and avoid single-use plastics wherever possible. Our boxes and padding are made from paper or recycled cardboard and can easily be disposed of via standard recycling. Looking ahead, we plan to develop a return program that allows used parts or packaging to be sent back for reuse — so that as little as possible ends up in the trash, and as much as possible stays in the cycle.

Sustainable materials

We also take care to use sustainable materials wherever possible. For weighting our props, we use repurposed lead that has been carefully processed in an eco-friendly way. The grip wrappings are made from genuine leather — durable, long-lasting, and naturally biodegradable. For colors and finishing details, we rely exclusively on natural pigments and environmentally friendly fabrics — free from latex, solvent-based coatings, or harmful additives.

In this way, we combine high quality and performance with responsible material choices — creating props that not only look and feel great, but can also be used with a clear conscience.

Eco-friendly manufacturing facilities

We also prioritize eco-friendly practices in our production process. Wherever possible, we rely on manual craftsmanship in our own workshop — resource-efficient, energy-conscious, and locally operated. For those production steps that require industrial equipment, we work exclusively with small family-run businesses that use certified, environmentally friendly methods and focus on minimizing material waste.

Short transport routes between partners and close coordination help us avoid unnecessary emissions and ensure a transparent, sustainable manufacturing process — from raw materials to the finished product.

Sustainable shipping

To keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, we rely on a range of sustainable practices when it comes to shipping. Our packaging is made from recycled or reusable materials and generally avoids plastic — instead, we use paper tape and eco-friendly padding.

We prefer to work with shipping providers that offer climate-neutral options and carefully compare different carriers to avoid unnecessary routes and emissions.

Through smart logistics — such as bundling orders and scheduling shipments on selected days — we minimize additional transport. At the same time, we use custom-fit packaging to ensure optimal protection for our products without wasting materials.

⚔️ The Sabre Code of Honour

Use with pride. Respect the foam.

This is your sabre. There are many like it, but this one is custom-built for you.
Treat it like your character’s most trusted companion — not like a crowbar from the orc camp.

Thou shalt not challenge steel.
If it clangs, rusts, or sparks — don't fight it. This is theatre, not Thunderdome.

Blades don’t like rocks. Or stairs. Or doorframes.
Yes, your sabre is strong. No, it doesn’t want to test that on the castle walls.

Latex? Never heard of her.
Our props are latex-free, heat-resistant and sweat-friendly — but still, sunbathing with your sabre is not advised. Save the tanning for your pirate alter ego.

Respect the foam, and it shall serve you well.

Bend it gently, store it safely, wield it gloriously.
You’re not just swinging rubber — you’re forging legend.

Need repairs? Don’t duct tape it like it’s 2003.
Modular means fixable. Ask us. We got you. Your sabre deserves better than silver tape bandages.

Remember: It’s a prop, not a ploughshare.
It’s made for story, style, and safe combat — not for opening barrels or poking the fire.

Carry your sabre with honour. Swing it with style.

And above all: make epic memories — not epic foam failures.
